I usually go inside instead of using the drive through machines and each time there is no wait, everyone at the desk greets the customers, and they are always so pleasant to talk to. They are also very efficient. There is a gentleman that is usually working there, but I didn't ever catch his name, but he is very kind and personable.

Then he went in his office and sit down. he sent me to a teller thank you Jesus they took care of the problem. But he actually said excuse me I have something to take care of and then he went to sit down get on his computer. Very poor customer service 😔 date may 30 2025.
