I have been banking with SunTrust for over 30 years and have definitely seen a shift in the attitude towards the customers. It feels like the focus is more on streamlining and selling rather than customer service and appreciation. To be fair there are very friendly tellers as well as helpful bankers but I don't believe the upper management puts an emphasis on making the customer feel welcome or appreciated.

- RSRay SiglinDec 28, 20171.0The only positive about this SunTrust branch are the counter tellers. My family has had multiple relationships for over 10 years. We applied for a home equity loan, in which the assistant branch manager falsely (and without our knowledge) reported our annual income and increased it three fold. This is a federal crime and I will make every effort to see they pay for it.
