DO NOT DO BUSINESS BANKING WITH TRUIST!!! I was a victim of fraud by the Faceless Freedom YouTube automation scam. They disappeared with my funds and never delivered promised services. Because of the full year contract timeline (the merchant didn't own any deliverables for the first 3 months), I wasn't able to submit the chargeback dispute until after Truist's 60 day dispute window. Luckiy, or so I thought, I knew I was protected by Visa's Chargeback rule 13.1, which gives the cardholder 540 days from the date of the transaction for the services to be due. It was a large investment made across multiple cards. EVERY OTHER BANK, AMEX, US BANK, CHASE, US BANK, PNC, ALL made exceptions to their chargeback windows, and the Visa cards honored Visa's Chargeback Policy. BUT TRUIST DID NOT!!! Their reps always say, "thanks for being the best part of Truist," but they refused to issue a simple chargeback against clear fraud. To add insult to injury, the merchants own payment processor, acknowledged the fraud and said they would be HAPPY to refund the money, but couldn't send it to me without Truist issuing the chargeback. TRUIST KNEW that PayPal was waiting to send me the money, I sent them literal communications from PayPal saying so, and still, they refused to make any exception and support my chargeback, to a waiting PayPal. Find a bank that partners with you, DON'T BANK WITH TRUIST!!!

Small buisness here with all of our accounts with your firm. Not a drop in the bucket to say the least and when trying to open a new account we were told "sorry we are too busy cna you go somewhere else." Needless to say we will be moving all of our accounts

Not my normal branch - walked in to make deposit and was treated like trash... Short-haired blonde teller did not say hello or goodbye. Maybe it was the fact that I was wearing a shirt that had paint on it from a project that I finished today for a client and the teller didn't approve - I'm not sure.
Regardless of my appearance that day or any other issue for that matter, I am a customer, and thus should be treated with respect.
