We WAITED FOR OVER AN HOUR TO GET ONE DOCUMENT NOTARIZED. COMPLETED AT THE UPS STORE IN UNDER 3 MINUTES FOR $4. Just 2 people were before us. Even then, 1 agent attempted to put us behind other people who arrived after us even though we were in full view of him the entire time. Noone greeted any of us. Noone attempted triage to sort quick responses versus the long drawn out engagements. Echoing many other similar reviews, been a Suntrust, Truist, Trust Co customer since 1988. Maybe its time for a switch.

I’ve been banking with Truist since I was 16. I have never experienced any type of racial profiling in my entire life. Gilliam is the guy who made that happened to me today. Do not come in here for anything. The worst bank I’ve been too!

Was just there. I don’t mind waiting.. if I’m at least acknowledged. I stood there for about 5 minutes as folks walked around and ignored my presence. One teller walked right by me with a customer and didn’t even glance my way. The other remaining teller who was helping drive through came right to the computer in front of me and click clicked away. Didn’t once look up to acknowledge the person standing right in front of her. I understood being busy or being understaffed. But being plain rude isn’t it. Retrain your staff!

I will echo Kelvin's experience. I have both business and personal accounts with Truist so I am in the Powers Ferry Branch frequently. With rare exception, the experience is painfully slow. I always feel particularly sorry for the cars that are in the drive-thru. Over the years, the operational performance has been in steady decline. It's not the tellers, as they are usually personable and helpful; but there's never sufficient staff to manage the customer workload. I have literally seen one teller trying to handle both the drive-thru and the counter at lunch time. I haven't seen more than two tellers in a very long time. My advice is if there are more than four people in line, you should save yourself the frustration and come back later.
