- JMjeremie martin3 days ago1.0I fault the everyone associated with Georgia's own banks, they do not communicate with you, i had a problem that was never resolved because they wouldn't call me back after multiple attempts i finally went with another bank for my loan. i made my monthly payments and they took every dime toward the interest nothing was taken from principle for 3 months. WARNING DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. THEY WONT CALL YOU BACK

On Sept 9th, I walked into the branch not wanting to be there, but left with a HUGH smile on my face and a renewed happiness in my attitude. Why..... because of the great service and interaction I had with GA's Own, Cobb Pkwy , Universal Banker II - Nya Lang. It's never fun to withdraw large sums of money, but Ms Lang was so engaging, knowledgeable in her responsibilities and a breath of fresh air that the reason why I was there, took a back seat to just being able to have a great experience within the branch. She made my visit one that solidifies why I come into the branch as much as I can and not do everything via the drive-thru or ATM! He has been with the bank for 12 years and is being talked down to, talked over, and his loan officer is literally never available to to complete the simple task of getting the boat loan he applied for. Not to mention, I just spoke with another representative that told me our loan officer had the information needed and would be calling my husband shortly, for the loan officer to then email my husband and say she never got the information she needed. So now we have moved onto just simply lying territory. It is very disheartening and frustrating to sit on hold and hear how “easy it is to get a boat loan” when we have been waiting for over a week and nothing is completed because the loan officer is never in the office when we call and no one else will help us just complete this task. You people are wasting your customers time and you show absolutely no care for your job. I will be leaving reviews in every possible place letting people know how poorly this place is being run and for people to not waste their time and energy with this bank.
