  They are too pathetic and lazy to be open on weekends. This is a completely useless branch of a bank.

  If I could leave ZERO stars I would. I came in around 4:47 p.m. today to cash a check. I noticed a woman in-front of me came to deposit almost $400 worth of coins and dollar bills. You could see the mood of the banker, E. Shay Reid flip almost instantly. I do understand the feeling of people coming in 15 minutes before closing time attempting to complete transactions. It IS annoying. We ALL have to do things we don't want to do, especially in a customer centered environment. However, the lack of professionalism from Ms. Reid was unacceptable. I knew she was annoyed by the look on her face and the manner in which she was handling the prior customer. It was my turn and I held my composure rather tightly than normally because I am a REAL professional. Being that I do not bank with Wells, I was asked to provide two forms of identification. I asked about a different form and again, instant attitude. She then lists all forms of acceptable ID rather quickly in a manner in which I didn't fully understand her. Then, I proceed to go to my vehicle to retrieve my Social Security card. I come back and she says "Someone stand by the door," in a very strange matter, in-front of me, which I assume is for them to redirect patrons since it was about closing time. I understand it was closing time, but the attitude from Ms. E. Shay Reid was not warranted. I did not give disrespectful behavior and should not have received it in such a way that made me feel uncomfortable as a customer. I have already filed a formal complaint with Wells Fargo customer support and I will be following up with it in a few days. I can guarantee I'll never bank with such a CLASSLESS bank that hires people that cannot mask their emotions for 13 minutes. Please don't waste your time or hard earned money on such an establishment. And Ms. REID, hopefully I never have to come across such an awful spirited individual like yourself. The faces you made did not suit you one bit. I hope you have the day you deserve.

  Baby, let me tell you… this branch is giving confusion, chaos, and attitude — and that’s just from the branch manager. Instead of leading by example, she struts around like she’s auditioning for a peach, but trust me, there is NOTHING fabulous about being “so nasty and so rude.” When I walked in, the staff looked overwhelmed, the line was moving slower than Shereé finishing Chateau Shereé, and not a single person acknowledged me for what felt like forever. And when I finally got “help”? The manager herself gave me the kind of dismissive, side-eye attitude that screamed, “Who gon’ check me, boo?” Girl, YOU are supposed to be running a bank, not starring in a reunion show. Now, let me be clear — the ONE saving grace of this branch is the male teller, Malcolm. Professional, polite, and efficient. He was the only one who treated me with respect and made me feel like my time mattered. Honestly, Malcolm deserves his own spin-off because he’s carrying this entire branch on his back. If Wells Fargo had more people like him, they wouldn’t be drowning in 1-star reviews. As Nene once said, “Everybody knows you never win when you play dirty.” And right now, Zebulon Road is playing real dirty with people’s time and money — except Malcolm, who’s out here delivering Emmy-worthy customer service. Do yourself a favor and skip this circus — unless Malcolm is at the window, because he’s the only thing keeping this place from being a total flop.

  Can I give zero stars instead of one? Really need to work on customer service instead of just saying “thank you for your input…we will look into this”. In branch on Zebulon Rd June2nd around 1:30. Had to go in (unfortunately) since drive thru closed.
