    I very disappointed in my service today & this is the first bad experience I’ve ever had with Wells Fargo. Mind you, I’ve banked with them since they were Wachovia. Jatarah & her manager Gwen were not pleasant to deal with at all. Both of them clearly had attitudes because I was trying to understand their process. I wanted to cash a check from the dealership and deposit the cash because I need my funds today. They explained I could not cash and deposit it, I could only do one or the other. Mid conversation with Jatarah, she cuts me off and says I’ll get a manager & rudely walks off. I never asked for a manager & there was no need to escalate the situation at this point, but she insisted. The manager Gwen comes up and has the same type of attitude, very nonchalant, not wanting to hear my concerns. So I quickly tell Gwen how I don’t appreciate Jatarah’s attitude. She then claims she was sitting there listening to the conversation and didn’t feel she had one. So I asked if she knows why she got the manager then, she’s then says did you request one & I said I did not. But you were sitting there listening to the conversation, right? She then says well you can cash the check at the bank on the check and then come back and deposit it here. I explained my time constraint and it would be very inconvenient to drive to another bank and have to come all the way back when I have a client to meet. Ultimately, I had to cash the check and then drive back around and go to the ATM because they blatantly refused to cash it and then deposit it. If that’s the process, although it is completely inconvenient for the customer, I have no choice but to accept it. However, the attitudes and blatant disregard for me trying to understand their process and the way they looked with their attitudes was unacceptable. This is coming from a person who manages a team of people, myself and I would never let that fly in my company. I’ve never seen these two ladies here before and every other person I’ve ever dealt with has been extremely nice, professional and caring. Needless to say, I’m very disappointed with the interaction with these two ladies today.

    It would not allow me to give zero stars. I have gone to this bank 3 times with an appointment and they are never ready for me at the time of appointment. Definitely the worst bank in town.
