This is the worst bank and it's only the one on the Eastside of Macon I think ms.Florida that's her name she is over the bank on the east side of Macon every time I was trying to close my mother's account they would not let me I had her a death certificate and I had a power of attorney paper which I know that once my mom died I cannot use power of attorney but I could use her death certificate my mother was also grieving over her mother and she left an account open with her and her mother on the account but it started overdrafting now I know everything might be my mom's fault but these people on the east side SunTrust Bank could have had sympathy like the SunTrust on pionono she let me close both accounts with both death certificates THE BRANCH MANAGER DID.. VERY VERY VERY SWEET LADY I do not have to go to court I did not have to be your power of an estate she let me close both accounts and with an overdraft fee. I hope they close the one on the east side though the one on pionono has had some heat especially with someone trying to rob them. I hope that they keep that one open on pionono do not go to the one on the east side they are the worst if it wasn't for the one pionono I would be at robins Federal credit Union
