- DMDerek W. McAleerJul 31, 20251.0The most chronically understaffed bank in Macon. Truist chooses to have 2 tellers who work hard; but they must not only do teller work but also handle forms, inquires, phone calls, etc. And one must handle the drive through. Sad to see BB&T stoop so low.
