The first incident was associated with my personal account I came in to make a large deposit and Rita the associate insinuating that Ihad committed fraud so she insisted on contacting the individual who wrote the check to ensure that I hadn’t changed the amount. The second incident was today July 15th I went into the bank to make a deposit to my business account it was a large check that was issued by a foundation to the non profit Rita indicated that she was looking for images that would confirm whether she should honor the check - mind you I wasn’t asking to withdraw any funds either time so if she thought I was a criminal she could have placed a hold which would give her ample time to confirm it. Needless to say I left the bank and will meet with my personal banker tomorrow. If this is the way that good clients are treated it may be best to move all accounts to a more personable bank.

Now had i still been with chase then they woud have let all my money get spent and wouldnt have done anything for the problem thanks wellsfargo best banking experience ever.
