The first incident was associated with my personal account I came in to make a large deposit and Rita the associate insinuating that Ihad committed fraud so she insisted on contacting the individual who wrote the check to ensure that I hadn’t changed the amount. The second incident was today July 15th I went into the bank to make a deposit to my business account it was a large check that was issued by a foundation to the non profit Rita indicated that she was looking for images that would confirm whether she should honor the check - mind you I wasn’t asking to withdraw any funds either time so if she thought I was a criminal she could have placed a hold which would give her ample time to confirm it. Needless to say I left the bank and will meet with my personal banker tomorrow. If this is the way that good clients are treated it may be best to move all accounts to a more personable bank.

After dealing with numerous CSRs over the phone (several of which were rude and made her feel like the criminal) she made an appointment to meet with a manager at the Mableton branch. She had an appointment this past Tuesday at 2 PM to meet with Damien. He was 15 minutes late for their appointment and at 2:30 told her their meeting had to end because he had another appointment. 15 minutes was not enough time to even review everything that had happened let alone reach a resolution. Unbelievable!
