See the complaint submitted through their website- I am LIVID at the sheer nastiness of this employee that spoke with my husband this afternoon. "ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! My husband came into the Loganville Branch at 1:30 this afternoon to ask some financial questions about a situation he was unfamiliar with. He dealt with a tall blonde woman- who LAUGHED at my husband while he stuttered and proceeded to CONDESCENDINGLY finish his sentence! My husband has DIED in a car accident which resulted in a TBI that he will have LIFE LONG effects from. This was absolutely HORRENDOUS behavior. As a customer service manager myself my employee would be fired ON. THE. SPOT. for that horrid display of insensitivity, discrimination, and just pure nastiness. What a way to act around the "holiday of giving". I will be telling EVERYONE about this and will EXPECT something to be said to this employee about her future interactions. People like this do NOT need to be around the General Public and make your Bank and your entire Branch look unprofessional and highly unethical."
