- GFGarry FloydDec 27, 20251.0Well here is our story about this trash bank. My wife called the Wells Fargo number to see what their hours were. The pre recorded voice said it closed at 1300, that’s 1:00 PM for you civilians. ;). My wife and her mother arrived at 11:58, thinking they had plenty of time. They were walking to the door and watched someone else walk in. By the time they got to the door in was 11:59, they were right behind the other person. Suddenly a worker locked the door just as they were reaching for the door. She locked the door literally in their face, staring rudely, that they close at noon. Technically it still wasn’t noon. So, this is the standard of service and courtesy you can expect from this location.

They don't want to work! The drive-thru lanes are always closed for the ones that need it... and they lie about the policy for their comfort.

Never will return here terrible customer service everyone that seems to work here has a nasty poor attitude

I've dealt with 3-4 other employees since we opened an account with them, and everyone is always very accommodating and welcoming. Great location, will be doing business with them for years to come. I rarely write reviews, but had really a feedback-worthy experience.
