They don't want to work! The drive-thru lanes are always closed for the ones that need it... and they lie about the policy for their comfort.

The tone of voice is vital in the customer service and banking industry. The energy in this place is toxic. We planned to open another account and transition our primary (personal and business) banking to Wells Fargo for ease of access but after the past few weeks of poor service from this branch I'll keep our business where we're appreciated and at the very least talked to like decent professionals from decent professionals. I'll drive a journey for decent customer service. It's 2022, there are many options out here and it's simply the experience that sets the bar. Wells Fargo you need to do better at this branch.

He never mentions that he’s married with several kids from different women and He gets all these women pregnant and does not care for his children…. This job is just a location for him to pick his victims… absolutely horrible speaking from experience
