  I normally have great customer service and this location..most of the staff is very professional and efficient in all of my banking needs.Today on the other hand when telling the cashier/banker I was cashing a check asked for a identification I placed my..I.d. In the slot and was told I threw it at her and that I had to give it to her again.i was confused because it would be quite impossible to do that with bulletproof glass..even if I put it in forcefully it would have gone on the other side of the glass”in which It hadn’t” I was refused service in which I went to a familiar teller named” Sonja” who always greets with a smile and was very polite and professional..the teller would refused service was a older lady with glasses who had no name tag… it was troubling that a teller could refuse service acting as if she owed the bank..maybe she was having a bad day,but I don’t feel as if that’s a reason to not do your job

  To lazy to verify a check is crazy “we cant verify this check Just get them to write you a new check “ me “ Well, why can’t you verify it” them “ We can’t give you that information” me: “ How does writing a new check fix this when I don’t know what the issue is they write the same check and have the same problem” zero stars closing all 4 of my accounts

  The service is very mediocre, the bank's operative sisters never works, the customer service is really bad! Don't lose if time better go to another bank or branch

  A African lady with glasses is very rude. Makes me hate coming inside. She seen that I was a young black male who had some money saved she said owe you must be doing something you are not supposed to do. Hint Hint Selling Drugs
