This office is horrible. We had an appointment for today at 2:30pm to change names on a business account for the school. I get here at 2:15pm. I stood in line to deposit some money for this said account. While I’m standing in line I guess the manager said they were short staffed. I asked him if they could still see us because we’re all here. He said we could go in the line and they would do it for us in the line. Get back in line and Brandi says they can’t because they are short staffed. I asked if they could have called us to canceled before we got here. She says they have a lot of appointments. That tells me then you know who was coming. So you could have called and gave us the heads up. She’s laughing like it is funny. We’re missing work and money and no one here can give me a good reason why they can’t. The male decided to put a couple that didn’t have an appointment in a room so now we’re still here waiting to be seen. This is very inconvenient and unprofessional!!!! And they still not doing anything. We are not in a rush and could wait but this is ridiculous. Communication goes a long way. So now we’re here waiting for the manager that she said was gone. And apparently he is gone. He just sat them in a room. The lady in the room keeps coming out trying to figure out what’s going on. I am so over this branch. The unprofessionalism is crazy! Where they do this at? Apparently here!
He just came back from lunch I guess and we’re being seen finally after an hour of waiting. We got it done. Mr. Blackmon was professional and handled our issue and answered our questions. However, all of this could have been resolved by asking questions and communicating what’s going on

I really wish I could give this location a higher rating, however, the wait at this location (Stonecrest) is ridiculous. I no longer go to this location and I’m only five minutes away; expect to spend your entire lunch break waiting in line. There’s no sense of urgency!!
