As I returned to my car; three women exited the building. Now, today no one answers the branch phone to verify their operating hours at the Stonecrest location.

Have more tellers on the drive thru IF they don’t want folks coming inside. (Probably let employees go and won’t rehire and expect the same business. The bank cannot expect fewer people to pick up the slack of no others rehired.)
