- ARAdam RivasJul 12, 20241.0Quiero hacer público lo que he sufrido de parte de una cajera la señora María Marte y la supervisora de ella la señora María Marte me trató con discriminación en dos ocasiones yo le presenté mi licencia y mi tarjeta de débito para retirar mi dinero y me dijo que si no traía otra identificación no me daría el dinero luego llegó la supervisora y la apoyo en su mala designación de discriminación hacia mi persona esto fue hoy y en otra ocasión me había hecho lo mismo la primera ves la denuncié al servicio al cliente y hoy lo volví hacer pidiendo que sea removida de esa sucursal la persona del servicio al cliente me dijo que eso estaba muy mal porque no hay ninguna política para presentar dos identificación que con solo una Hera más que suficiente pero esa señora me trata con discrimination siempre que llego a esa sucursal creo que la próxima ves haré un reporte con la policía y la llevaré a corte y pondré una demanda al banco
