I visited on Saturday to make a wire transfer and waited in line for about 30 minutes, only to be told that this transaction had to be handled by a “banker” in the office. The issue wasn’t just the delay, it was the complete lack of communication or organization. The bankers were in their offices with other clients and never stepped out to acknowledge the growing line of people waiting. No staff member was available to greet customers, provide direction, or explain which services required a banker versus a teller.
At other branches, I’ve always been able to complete wire transfers directly with a teller without any problems. This experience was frustrating, inefficient, and poorly managed.
I will not be coming back to this location.

The queue at this branch is unacceptable. Every visit results in long wait times, with no apparent effort from the staff or management to improve the process. It’s clear that the branch is understaffed or poorly managed, and this needs immediate attention. Customers deserve better service, especially when time is valuable.
