    Ms. Nikia Jeffries is very considerate and professional while helping my parents with their account. My parents are old and do not speak English well but she takes the time to explain and has a translator to make sure my parents participate in the process and understand everything. My parents are very grateful for all your help. ( My dad makes sure I do this review to let you know that he had the best banking experience!) Thank you very much!

    I’ve experience too many times of large amount of money disappearing from my business account and I am sick of it! I did speak to the branch manager like other reviews I had a negative experience! No she didn’t help with anything! Because if money there or the money is gone the account looks the same! I notice this was happening months (late last year) ago but not quite sure it was been going on for years or not I was going through a budget yesterday morning and everything looked fine on my account and then in the afternoon when I was paying bills $600 just wasn’t there anymore! I went through the whole entire account I don’t see anywhere where $600 was taken out! I just thought that their system is just slow processing all my transactions but it’s happening too often. I’m worried that truist system is either hacked or something. It is either there taking money out as an accounting error, they’re being hacked or their system can’t keep up with the pace of business transactions! Either way it got me spook and I’m in process a very long process of moving my account to another bank! This never happened when it was SunTrust! None of my other accounts have money mysteriously disappearing!

    We have 7 accounts here including a business account and have been a customer for 5 years. We will be trying another branch due to such poor customer service. We had fraud on our account and it took two weeks to get atm cards and checks to have access. They really get confused and drop the ball when there is an issue.
