- WLWilliam LoveNov 2, 20255.0I had a wonderful experience recently, opening an account with a help of Universal banker Dion Okude. I was treated with a high level of courtesy. Ms Okude clearly was invested in making sure that I received services specific to my needs. It makes me feel so good that I have a name, a face, and a phone number that I can communicate with in the future. Such a relief to have found such an accommodating bank. Thank you again to all the employees who helped out in the process!!

I SENT HER MY DOCUMENTS that she needed to open my account and she proceeded to say she only got the first page 😂 I sent it to her multiple times and seen it myself on her screen. She did not want to open my account or gave ANY solution. She may was over it for the day . But I was waiting over an HOUR to be seen then she proceeded to say she couldn’t open my account after o gave her everything she needed. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL HERE AND WILL NOT EVER COME TO THIS LOCATION! I WISH I COULD RATE THIS A ZERO STARS! DION OKUDE NEEDS to be TERMINATED IMMEDIATELY IF SHE REALLY IS MANAGING YOUR PROPERTY.

As always the establishment was clean and orderly. The teller Izzy was very lovely and refreshing. God bless the fruits of their labor and I hope and pray the community sees the gem of a bank they have there in Lilburn.
