- CPCathy PrinceAug 3, 20244.0The only problem I have are the hours. The hours on the sign are not right. I wish they were open on Saturday at least half a day. Some of us that work can't do our banking during the week so we'd like to have a done Saturday openings.
- BNBrittney NorrisApr 7, 20231.0The tellers are always friendly and helpful. The banking system itself has a lot of problems though. Transactions that are supposed to go through same day take 3-4, the system arranges charges to overdraft you on purpose, even when you "opt out" of overdraft, it will still overdraft incurring a 35.00 fee for each transaction. In my experience, this is all banks. If I could find an alternative to this country's deplorable banking system I would take that offer in a heartbeat. When we opened this account we were told we would no longer have these issues. The woman who signed us up blatantly lied to our faces to get us to open this account.
