- SSSix S2 days ago3.0Intentionally. poor service. My husband and I laughed as the unfriendly, manager (not smiling at a near by customer), hustled to lock the doors at 1159 but seeing a just a few customers come disappointed to locked doors; one, pulling on it twice as if they would honor “customer service”. I was disappointed for them. When it was that my elderly mother and my daughter came out, they shared how unpleasant it was to hear the two managers complaining loudly about the inconveniences of staying late. outrageous things to say in the field of customer service and banking. The branch had been very busy, my mother had come out to the vehicle a first time bc the line wrapped well. I’m sure other banks would appreciate their customers a little better than this. And most importantly, my elderly mother deserves better customer service than hearing men complain loudly in public about their blessing of having a good job. And neither did my daughter! Not a good example to young people! “look how you’re able to Behave and still be a manager…”

Since this Monday I am calling and a recorder answers saying ... that at this time they are not available to answer the call. Could someone tell me what happens with the Bank, because I have called several branches and it is the same !!!!
