She explained to me that if her 11AM appointment doesn't show that she could take care of me, 11:10AM her appointment walked in at the last moment and she still took them. I thought an appointment time is to be on your schedule time not 10 minutes late so why setup a time appointment? I can only imagine the employees and branch manager at this location allowing the employees to get to work late between 10-30 minutes late with out there being any consequences.
