The company is not customer friendly had to thumbprint for my own check even though I had an account. I thought this was an isolated error until another employee entered my new business under the wrong business format and caused several issues trying to make the correction. The online services keep denying my access because “my email and phone do not match” even though I’ve called to verify the accuracy, gone to the branch to verify the accuracy, had employees ensure the accuracy in the department and in branch and I still get the same issue. Since trying to correct all of these issues, the bank frequently issues fraud alerts on my account and denies my use of my card, limits my withdrawal amounts to a minimal $300 a day. The bank doesn’t honor me turning my card off when I try to limit the issues with the account so I’m at this point at a loss. I feel I am better off closing my account and going elsewhere. The employees have all been very rude and nasty and unhelpful. Why is this bank functioning this way?
