It’s past 3pm now and I’m still waiting. Unprofessional. I had to make an arrangement at home to accommodate the 30 minute appointment delay.
- AAAnneJul 11, 20251.0I originally set an appointment in the morning and when I realized I would not make it, I booked another appointment and cancelled the first out of courtesy to Wells Fargo future clients. After rushing to make it to the appointment I set for later they informed me that the system had cancelled both. I provided evidence of the appointment I had set but the lady there said that they couldn’t do anything about it and I would have to wait until Monday (appointment was on Friday) She pretty much said it was Technology’s fault. Extremely frustrated and upset considering I rushed from work to pick up my son and make it there since this was for a student account. No consideration ADVICE TO FUTURE CLIENTS: if you must change an appointment DO NOT try to be courteous and considerate of the employee’s time by cancelling your previous appointment. They will not be considerate of yours when their system cancels both appointments
- SSSunny SunnyMay 5, 20251.0This branch is a joke i normally use drive thru knowing it’s always slow 9/10 times but I was in rush & had stop this branch and same story took me 10 minutes in drive thru & irony is only 1 vehicle ahead of me, its shame for a bank like Wells Fargo I’ll never stop here again no matter what.
