Pretty sure the people working here are lost
Talked to a lady told her I’d be there in an hour and half to withdraw an accidental deposit she said okay then I get to the bank and some lady upfront tells me “its outside of the hour limit to be able to withdraw it” and told me someone was suppose to call me back telling me that yet no missed calls and did nothing to help
Complete waste of time

Do NOT open any type of acct here. I opened a checking account, and before I could receive the debit card they locked my account. Which the branch leader opened and set up for me. I switched my direct deposit and all they care about is “verifying my id” as if I even had a chance to make a transaction or sign into my bank account. My direct deposit has been sent to that acct and I’m about to have to find another bank because this is so unprofessional of them. And it’s been almost 2 weeks since the debit card should have arrived. Still no debit card. 0 stars, terrible bank. I hope the scammers suck them dry and put them out of business!

This bank is a joke! I have literally been sitting in the drive thru at the window for over 34 minutes! All I am doing is making a single deposit! That’s it! Don’t waste your time coming to this location!

Completely inconvenient in terms of location and the time it takes to process simple transactions.
