Which the branch leader opened and set up for me. I switched my direct deposit and all they care about is “verifying my id” as if I even had a chance to make a transaction or sign into my bank account. My direct deposit has been sent to that acct and I’m about to have to find another bank because this is so unprofessional of them. And it’s been almost 2 weeks since the debit card should have arrived. Still no debit card. 0 stars, terrible bank. I hope the scammers suck them dry and put them out of business!
