She didn't even LOOK at my ID or bank acct but she didn't feel "comfortable". How could you not feel comfortable without verifying my idenity?
- MSMariela ShahJul 14, 20251.0I have to come to this branch often, only because I do a lot of business transactions, and every time I come to this branch even if there is no people at all, they make you wait for no reason while they are sitting in the office, including the manager. The asian lady Chi Ngo, was very unprofessional I came to her office and had to beg her to do a wire for me, then she comes outside and greets other people and offered to help them,even tho I was the one first and came to her office. She completely ignored me and when I told her it was very unprofessional what she did, she replied she didn't know who was waiting. Very disappointed, I already closed one business account and I am considering closing my personal account with them .

She was a lazy and incompetent Employee there was two people, and she was too lazy to do her job. Said to go deposit to my bank account bc NO TRUIST location would cash the check, but the pleasant hill location DID with no attitude. I really want to emphasize she lied and who knows how many other people she's done this too.
