  I'm fairly new to the area, and I've been in the market for a new bank. I used to work at a store down the street from Bank OZK. I took advantage of my access to locals by asking everyone at the checkout counter who were paying with a Bank OZK card if they were happy with their bank. (More patrons used this as a payment method than any other bank card.) After hearing many, many glowing recommendations, I decided to open an account here. All my interviewees were right! I got "Grade A" service by the accounts person who helped me open my account, and ★he printed my permanent debit card right there in the bank!!★ No temporary card that you have to go through all the trouble of replacing when you get the other in the mail weeks later. And that's just the tip if the iceberg. In the past, several banks that I opened accounts with gave me the distinct impression that they only wanted business from people of means. At Bank OZK, they have great options for every income. I'm so happy I joined! ~VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.~

  I've been banking here for over 10 years and I refuse to use any other bank. This location is my favorite location. All of the tellers are so nice and caring. Everyone I have ever delt with at this location is just amazing. I will have to say Jessica by name, is on point and my favorite.

  Needed to update ID, gave the window clerk my license, he said it’ll just take a second. Then he proceeded to assist 3 drive thru commercial customers while we’re waiting…almost 10 minutes later, we asked what the hold up was, he got an attitude! I’m not even remotely impressed with Bank OZK.

  Not a customer but I felt I needed to share my very positive experience with Bank OZK (A local bank that I had never heard of). We are staying at a local RV park and needed to find some quarters for the laundry. Bank OZK was the first bank we saw and decided that we would ask if they would exchange our bills for coins even though we were not customers. Unsurprisingly, the very nice African American lady (whose name I did not get) said that service was for customers only, but after I told her what I needed the coins for, she said how many do you need?! She graciously gave me 2 rolls of quarters, which should last us for the remainder of our cross country road trip. Great service, great bank! I highly recommend!!

  Poor community/customer relation policies. I'm from our of town and needed to get something notarized. I'm at the hotel next door because my vehicle is in the shop. Went to them and was told in no uncertain terms that since I wasn't a bank customer I couldn't pay them to notarize anything. On the plus side, they did tell me where I could get it done, 1.5 miles away. That was a pleasant little walk.
