    Tammy and the team at this branch are beyond incompetent. Hate doing business with Wells Fargo at this point. But I feel stuck with my current company and banking relationship. Will be looking for another bank. If you can avoid banking here, please do.

    I really wanted to not believe all the negative reviews I read about Wells Fargo, and I cant speak for the other branches, but I’m very disappointed in service. Every time I have visited this branch it takes AN INSANELY long amount of time. First my card wasn’t working, so I walked in to resolve the issue. Naturally I waited for 45 mins to see someone. I realize I didn’t have an appointment so, my bad. Then, call me old fashioned, but I walked in to deposit cash (virtually the only reason I have this particular account) I came on a weekday in the late morning and there were maybe 3 people in line but I stood there for close to 30 mins. I was so frustrated! No one apologized, they didn’t grab other folks to help out. I just walked out. Then today, I scheduled an appointment. I SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT... to close my account and here I am, 30+ mins later, still waiting for my appointment. I will be thrilled to finally close it and find another bank without all of the inconveniences, lack of respect for patron’s time, and just general lack fluidity of the banking experience. So frustrated.
