- PGPatrick GerardJun 21, 20241.0The machine ate my money! I inserted $100 and it spat $80 back out and said that deposits were unavailable. When I tried finding out about my missing $20 inside, I was directed to Truist fraud and security. I spent over an hour on the phone with them and they're saying my lost $20 will take over 10 days and involve paperwork. They disconnected me while I was on hold. Their equipment is faulty. They can't address customer needs. There was supposedly no manager on site. Close this branch. Better yet, close your Truist account. I've been with this bank 20 years and they make me jump through hoops when they steal $20 from me.
