Lobby never opens on time, most of the time the drive thru isn't open or the atm is out of service. Employees have a serious attitude problem and are rude and slow. Makes me sorry I switched from PNC.

Mrs. Harriett man handled the situation after I had been on hold for 3 hours with corporate. She is a leader & immediate problem solver. I will be driving out of my way to bank with her.

UPDATE. The bank teller’s name who consistently and intentionally gives people of color a hard time is “NALINI PONNALA”. This location supports DISCRIMINATION heavily. My experience here cashing a check was horrendous. I stood at the teller for almost 30 minutes for the same check that I’ve cashed here previously and I was investigated, and embarrassed etc. what happened to me is unacceptable and had left me in tears as they made me feel like a criminal and unwelcome. My review is solely based on interactions with bank teller NALINI PONNALA and how I have seen her treat others. NALINI always has a very hard time completing customers request properly and she needs extensive training due to her unprofessional and lack of knowledge, manners, and communication.
