    The worst group of customer service I have ever met in my life. I have been up here 3 times in the past month and on TWO occasions, they transcribed the address wrong for my transactions and wiring. One guy said the other guy did the wrong address so he canceled and ordered a new one. Two weeks later the card shows up, apparently it was the right address. So i try to make a payment today and it says "account inactive". I have been waiting for permanent card for a month. Otw to the bank for a fourth time.

    Had a problem with a Bestbuy transaction, over $3000, and Denise Fields did a great job getting this resolved. Thank You Denise

    Genuinely and consistently the worst bank. The tellers who do their job get the life and joy sucked out until they quit, and everyone else is too lazy to even do what their job entails. Being in customer service myself, I know how exhausted we all are out here, but I'm asking for the bare minimum so I can do MY job in a timely manner. Tellers and management constantly on their cell phones, taking personal phone calls holding up the lines, drive-thru wait times can be 5+ minutes just to be acknowledged even when staff is there and there's a chime inside to notify the tellers (notice that they may have literally one person handling all accounts because they cannot keep employees worth anything). Been using this bank over 6 years and the negative experiences far outweigh the positive. Wouldn't go if there was another option for me, personally.
