Genuinely and consistently the worst bank.
The tellers who do their job get the life and joy sucked out until they quit, and everyone else is too lazy to even do what their job entails. Being in customer service myself, I know how exhausted we all are out here, but I'm asking for the bare minimum so I can do MY job in a timely manner.
Tellers and management constantly on their cell phones, taking personal phone calls holding up the lines, drive-thru wait times can be 5+ minutes just to be acknowledged even when staff is there and there's a chime inside to notify the tellers (notice that they may have literally one person handling all accounts because they cannot keep employees worth anything).
Been using this bank over 6 years and the negative experiences far outweigh the positive. Wouldn't go if there was another option for me, personally.

The teller “Amanda” was very rude and told me to give her a second while she was literally gossiping then took the next person to walk in as I was waiting.

So bad. You walk in and have no idea where the line forms and no one greets you. Teller sitting behind her window never even acknowledges me. 1st rule of Customer Service. Anyway finally the guy working the drive thru comes over and helps and does a great job, but this bank has been awful compared to when it was Suntrust! It's funny I read other reviews and they are all dead on Manager sits in her office or stands behind the glass pretending to be busy. I tried to setup appointments with her for weeks she would not return calls. Corporate doesn't even have a way to report her.
