Worst loan officers and processors I've ever dealt with, absolutely clueless. I'm a business owner and if I owned them I would fire them all. Loan officer I had lied to me time and time again. Was great until the financial deadline passed for return of earnest money then just did what she wanted.

My loan officer donna absolutely is the worst when it comes to communication. She set up a phone call for Thursday evening and rescheduled at 6 pm after I had to contact her to see what was going on. She rescheduled for the next day and completely ignored me when I tried to contact her. I asked for her managers information and nothing. Now not only is she not helping solve my mortgage issue but she is holding me back from any information I could have by transferring me to someone who cares. This place is a joke when it comes to mortgages. I'm off to the BBB to leave my next review. GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!
