- NWNeb WDec 16, 20241.0Very disappointed in the service I received from Beverly and her admin Renee. They completed my taxes for 3 years. Each year there were huge misses that I would not expect from certified accountants. The first issue was the miss of the sale of my home that wasn't discovered until IRS sent me a bill for over $100k! Then they missed my w-2's on 2 tax years forcing me to do revisions. I am not sure how this happened but I would've expected tax experts to know better. Lastly, the attitude of Renee when I was mistakenly billed $50 for a service I told her I no longer needed.. I make 6 figures and do not need to dodge a $50 payment. Her attitude towards me was the worse I'd encuntered. I wrote an email to the owner detailing my issues. She did not have the decency to even respond or offer any customer support. My advice- Unless you are a tax expert and can review their work yourself, go elsewhere!
