If any of our stores have half of the 1 star reviews this branch has the manager and assistant manager would have been fired long ago. This tells me corporate either doesnt really monitor or doesnt care. But this is par for the course for Wells Fargo that as a company has a google rating of below 3. This company as a whole needs new leadership
