    We visited this Wells Fargo branch in Jefferson to open Teen Checking accounts for our two kids during regular banking hours. We arrived around 3:30 PM and patiently waited for assistance. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The banker who assisted us was not welcoming or accommodating. From the start, we were repeatedly told how long the process would take (around 45 minutes) and were made to feel discouraged from opening the accounts, as if it was an inconvenience—despite the branch still being open. When we were informed that a $25 minimum deposit per account was required, we attempted to withdraw cash from the branch ATM, but it showed cash unavailable. We asked if we could instead transfer funds from an existing Wells Fargo account in our family, but were told this was not allowed. We also explained that my husband was only about 10 minutes away and could come to the branch to withdraw cash directly from the teller, but this option was discouraged as well. Instead, we were repeatedly told to come back another time or make an appointment. There was no effort to find a solution, no friendliness, and no sense of customer care. I understand it was later in the day and staff may have been tired, but we were still within banking hours, and opening accounts is a standard service a bank provides. This experience left us feeling unwelcome and disappointed, and we ultimately decided to take our business elsewhere. Worst branch experience due to the banker who assisted us with the account opening. I do want to note that other staff members—especially the ladies who checked on us—were friendly and helpful, but this one interaction completely overshadowed everything.

    Lies lies lies. If you are a business client, you simply cannot trust Wells Fargo. After years of loyalty I’ll be moving all accounts over to any other random bank out there and it’ll be better than this type of relationship.

    I usually have no issue here, but today waited an extremely long time, extremely slow service and the lady at the counter LEFT with a line with at least 7 people still waiting saying she was going to lunch 😳 maybe might not have been such a big deal if the other person at the counter wasn't obviously new and super slow. Take care of waiting customers first before you leave. They seemed understaffed too.

    The staff is great. But closing on Saturday mornings is a hardship. And the building location is terrible. Surprised there have been no accidents when leaving due to the new road configuration.
