- LHleigh heltonOct 21, 20222.0I would have gave zero stars,I gave 2 for one lady In bank is nice and seems honest,this is the worst bank I have ever used,and by the way my whole family was using them too all my family members have moved to another bank now but one and he is changing to a different one too....they want let you deposit a 3rd party check even though you have the money in bank to cover it and want let you put money in account even if the person on the account is with you we have all had trouble at this bank a whole lot,my ex husband has over $11,000 in bank account and he is the one who they wouldn't let him put a 3rd party check in his account even though he has way more than enough to cover it if it were to be a bad check but the bank knows it was a good check...Fernandez is very rude several people have also said she is not Just me I would not recommend this bank to anyone I recommend community Bank
