It seems the bad reviews on here are just a reflection of people who had a tough time with changes that were made. People always struggle with change. Sometimes the change comes with a bunch of glitches which is what some of them probably experienced. As far as the review about them not working on Saturday, and don't think that warrants a one-star review, and I think maybe it would have been better to ask if they were open on a Saturday before opening up the bank account. If you Don't have a bank account there, then you probably shouldn't be posting a one-star review. Nonetheless Carol the general manager, and every One of her co-workers has been nothing but awesome. Thank you for citizens Bank Jasper for being amazing.

- JRJoyce RobertsNov 23, 20201.0I've been with this bank since it was Jasper Banking. Then it went to Sterns, Then Entegra, I think I'm missing one more. They change their name like folks change under clothing. They changed my account number that use to be 5 numbers I couldn't get in touch with anyone nor get a new debit card or for that matter a new account number till weeks later. Unfortunately, I'm in a different state and can't get my money out of there until I go back to Georgia.... Trying to get in touch with a banker is like pulling teeth. Mr. Whitfield would be rolling over in his grave if he'd seen this mess. Run don't walk away!!!
