- CACharles AllenJul 25, 20251.0So I needed to actually come into a branch to process an ACH that I'm unable to do on the mobile app. Stood in line for 15 mins to be told I needed to have a banker process the ACH, a teller cannot. I've been waiting 30 mins + for something that will take 5 mins. I know it's Friday at lunchtime so expected a bit of a line, but this wait seems excessive.

BB&T would release next day. 10 yr old business client wants to now hold checks for 8-10 days. 1 word describes this merge greed. Their tactics are heartless. App goes down when you try to make a credit card payment. Yep next day late fee..although they control their platform. Crooks
