  Went to Wells Fargo Hinesville Ga location to renew a CD last week. Had a appointment with Luz. Sat down and got started when she had to help with a delivery of monies from the Armored Car Guard. 20 some minutes we got started again without a glitch or interruption. She did however apologize but... we clearly weren't please with waiting around. She inquired if we Banked at any other location. I said yes we do and it's over an hour plus from here and I do need to close the account. She told us if we deposited those funds in our savings we would qualify for relationship interest. I said do we need a appointment to come in and do this. She stated no just come on in and I will take care of you. Again I said no appointment needed. She again stated no. So today we go to the branch location and I go in and she Luz is at her desk but is in the middle of an appointment. I go up to the cashier and she is having difficulties with her computer so I stand aside and wait. Then she asks to assist me. And clearly states I need an appointment and that Luz has back to back appointments all day. Another man is speaking to a teller reference an app on his phone. She the teller blames it on his service company. He stated he had the same app with that company before... and she says well it must be your phone. He says I just got this phone 3 days ago. They had a few more words with each other and he walks out clearly frustrated. I in turn leave shortly behind him feeling the same way, only with an appointment to return tomorrow. Maybe time for a new Bank

  I went to this location and I tell you that even though we are in 2025. People are still prejudice. Its so sad but GOD will handle them at that location for outright lying to me. Ms. Johnson should be ashamed of herself for having me to wait for over 45 minutes for nothing. I pray that you all dont do this to anyone else. Ive been with Wells fargo since 2013 and ive NEVER been treated like this EVER!!

  I can never get anybody to answer a call.... Never known a bank that don't take calls (Hinesville, GA).

  They are staff is very worse I went to do wire transfer they ask me my id and show to they say you have whole in you’re id so it’s not valid I say I been using this since 3 year only this place see you making big deal out that than there staff say I will block you’re account if you don’t have valid Id and this is my driving license valid id
