Phone, mobile, online, in person....They are trying to be be big time with technology with no staff to help when there is a problem. Ever since South State took over this branch from Bank of America.....I have had trouble. Let a local person pick up the phone. Waiting on hold to a national call center is killing us. They want us to do all the work.....online, but have limited support when their technology is faulty. Not impressed.
