- LDLaylay DSep 2, 20251.0I visited the bank to close my account and was very disappointed with the service I received. When I spoke with Cassandra Dean, she informed me that she and another representative had an appointment and could not assist me. Instead, I was told to either call member services or attempt to close the account myself online. When I explained that I wanted to handle the matter in person that day, she asked if I had money in the account. After confirming that I did, she stated I would first need to withdraw the funds and wait for the pending transaction to clear before the account could be closed the following day. I left feeling frustrated that I could not resolve a simple request in person and that I was not provided with the level of support I expected from my financial institution.

I've been with Wells Fargo and this is the first person that treated me that way, it looks like she has so many problems. I'll just wait for my card in the mail. Maybe the other persons are very nice but not this black lady, sorry for saying what I went through.
