- JHJim HumphriesJul 24, 20254.0I am not a normal Wells Fargo customer. How ever I needed to do business with them. Ms. Kimberly Jackson was my point of contact. Even while we waiting to be served she was asking others how she could help. She was very patient as or matters took awhile. MS. Jackson exemplifies what customer service should be. If you are headed to this branch I would highly recommend asking for her.

- RARobin AdamsNov 6, 20201.0Customer service is terrible. I understand covid-19 may have a small effect on staffing, but it is inexcusable to have to call this many times with no answer. In the rare event that they do answer, they only give you direction for online self-help anyway. What is the point in having actual staff, if you have to do everything by yourself? These employees definitely do not care about their customers. I am really considering switching banks.

Date was off one day on check and instead of excepting check, since it would not be credited until next day anyway, just simply refused in a very ride way. I will never use this bank ever again. Not polite, no helping, and not caring about customer at all. I wouldn't even give one star but had too to be able to comment. Used Wells Fargo bank for years. But this one in Greensboro is not one of ever recommend. Drive as far as you can to use a dodifferewells Fargo. Needs total new staff.
