A recent purchase and amount. I open my online banking and gave him one. I even showed it to him on my phone and he goes on to ask me to give him another transaction? Like really? I have 3 accounts with this bank, Wells Fargo and credit union and never had to deal with this before! Like why do they want to waste peoples times? Not just that but every time I have to do a transaction it’s always an issue with Truist customer service. It doesn’t even make sense at this point.
