NO STARS. I don't understand why is it so hard to commit to customer service first. If it was my bank branch I would definitely encourage my employees to start smiling, welcoming better, customer memorization, etc. I have giving you plenty of opportunity to earn my business, but when you have employees like Judi Phearson that has zero patience or any good attributes when it comes to her job, I'm done! I have come several times to get change for my business. It gets extremely annoying when Judi has always the incorrect attitude to ask you if you have an account in order to get change. As I mentioned, "learned your current customer's faces, especially your business partners." Yesterday I was so disappointed that literally topped it off. This lady obviously has something against me personally, I walk in, get in line, there are two tellers, one being Judi. As soon as it was my turn she points her index finger up by telling me "I'm at lunch" and literally stays there leaving me, the last customer standing up. I wait again and go the other teller to get a cashier's check, when Judi over hears what I needed and took her time to go back to her station and find a policy to report a transaction if it's more than $3k. She couldn't find it, but she remembered there was one....
But then she finally found it and then took the time to explain it to the air. So at the end of the story, Judi Phearson ignored me and has the nerve to say I'm "the teller coordinator."
Way to go SunTrust! You just lost another business and personal account. Suggestion: get rid of Judi before she runs off more customers
