- JDJoshua DSep 10, 20251.0It’s so disappointing about every time I come to this bank This freaking!!! ATM either out of service or do not take deposits!!!!! And I enjoy banking with georgia’s own and the people work there but for me to leave my house & drive all the way to the bank and find out the ATM does not work I won’t take deposits. And it’s not like it’s a bank on every corner it’s very frustrating this ATM is trash.

There were several tellers working, but only one person handling office tasks like opening accounts ect… ect… When we arrived, two people were already waiting, and one person was being helped in the office. One woman got up and left because she had been waiting so long, and the other man was clearly frustrated with the long wait time. I never ever in my life been to a bank let alone a credit union that’s set up like this. No I know why they only have 3 stars. Completely unprofessional.
