- AWAlicia WilliamsJan 3, 20251.0I will give them no stars if I could. I called ahead of time to ask if I was able to purchase a cashiers check even though I don’t have an account there. The young lady on the phone said that I could and I traveled 15 miles to come to this location to receive a cashiers check. She then proceeded to tell me that I was given wrong information and then she switched it up and said that I didn’t tell you that when she clearly did as a matter of fact, she told me how to get there to the location and she explained the fee associated with the cashiers check. And as a courtesy, can they do this for me? No, they could not knowing that they had gave me misinformation. They said I needed an account there and I thought about opening one, but after that fiasco, I said no And I’ll never ever recommend them to anyone.

People are nice but mobile app is finicky and if you work long hours good luck ever getting a hold of support Update: went to another bank to find their only atm to also be broken. This bank is something else. Snellville and grayson ozk bank, I'm officially switching.
