- JCJames CameronDec 2, 20251.0I had some fraudulent charges on my debt card went to my local branch and was told "you will have to call Wells Fargo and no one can speak to you". I was on hold as we spoke. Now I am just sitting in the parking lot of Wells Fargo. All I needed was a few answers to a few questions. I understand people are busy and I would have waited to get some customer service. Not even given the option or treated as a customer. How many complaints will it take to get some change. I have had numerous bad experiences at this bank .

I was told I wasn't authorized to make a deposit since I wasn't listed on her account. I said I just did the same thing last month at the Pooler Wells Fargo Bank. She said well this isn't Pooler I don't know what they do .. nice attitude...

Absolutely pathetic, not to mention gonna be only doing drive through business next week. What about all the people touching the little shutle thing, or the call button ect ect. Freaking retards.
