This branch seriously needs a complete team overhaul and proper customer service training—or it should just close altogether. The customer service here is nonexistent. What’s the point of scheduling an appointment if I’m the only one who values being on time? Honestly, I’d rather drive an extra hour than ever come back to this location.

I’ll had appointment I had to sit for two hours, and nobody showed up and they told me that you will have to sit one or two hours more because we don’t have enough staff. They just lost one customer. I’m going to Bank of America.
