The manager has no personable presence, he acted like it was he was doing me a favor for unlocking the door at 9:05 (I had an appointment at 9). He lacks any noticeable customer service skills and is most likely why the staff seem so miserable. The staff I worked with was fine but not well trained. Had to wire money and was only told about a ridiculous $40 fee at the end of it. I've been a member for over 20 years and have no reason to continue with a company who doesn't value its customers.
