For a whole week I've been trying to get this Bank on the phone I have a CD they renewed at 0.02% and my grace period runs out on a Sunday. No return phone calls whatsoever. The 1-800 number they can't roll my CD over into my savings for me doesn't make no sense at all.

Do not appreciate being asked to get out of the drive-through line walk through the rain and be around everybody and their brother and their germs inside the building instead of just circling back around through the drive-through line, I even asked I'd I could circle to the back of the line and was denied with an extremely rude attitude. I will be email corporate.

The customer service at this branch is HORRIBLE! I will use the extra gas to go to Browns bridge or Oakwood branch.

This bank branch is located where the oldest home in Gainesville, GA used to be. The old home was demolished during the night in order for this bank to be built there. It's bad enough that such a landmark was torn down, but to do that at night is so wrong! Clearly it was done while no one would be watching. You decide if you want to do business with such a bank.
