The professionalism of Patricia and her courtesy towards me saved me from closing all my accounts over a bank error that another branch seemed to have no clue as to how to correct and how to treat a long time customer.

Patience of a shaolin munk and seemed genuinely happy to help. Walked into the bank as of 10/25/2025 and was helped my Valeria. She was so kind. I had a few problems with my account and she walked me thru how to fix them step by step. Truly a great person. Will be back just because of her. She's amazing.
