I’ve moved and just because you change your address in the app doesn’t mean anything. And lawd don’t change your phone number! Digital banking is always down. Called the Gainesville branch to get my balance and Tricia I guess just didn’t feel like it and told me I had to come in. Didn’t try to verify me or anything just said have a good day and hung up. Called back and spoke with Nicole, she wanted my name and number to call me back lol ok I’m waiting with anticipation. Got married and changed my name and got a new card, a new card came in the mail with my old name. Everything is just a complete hassle with this bank. I held on for 7 years and it’s time to move on lol
