- RFR Fred6 days ago5.0We came in just before Christmas to open a checking and savings for our teenage son. Lisa ended up helping us out. She was extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Aside from helping us out with our original purpose for visiting, she went above and beyond and offered advice and assisted us with issues with our banking apps and accounts. Overall the experience was a 10/10.

While waiting in line, I was overhearing a Spanish conversation in the cubicles behind me between a customer and employee. In front of me in line was an employee communicating in sign language to a deaf customer. Very impressive Wells Fargo! I’m not sure if this branch invests any language training to their employees, but was very refreshing to see the diversity in communication. Keep it up!

- JDjames durkanNov 19, 20255.0If you are that busy,I feel sorry for You.I have enjoyed my relationship with wachovia and then wells Fargo,In 2016 while in Washington d.c. having a check card/ debit card got me off the street while protesting parties went a little too far and torched a limousine.I was there to observe only.Most all of my reactions with wells Fargo have been positive.I got some cash out of ATM also.
