I never choose to go in this bank but dealing with an elderly mother i had to and it is isually after work. I work in construction and can sometimes look like I am homeless after work. Any way the people behind the glass no matter how i look are the sweetest. The people at the desks is a different story. I had to go in and give them paper work because they DID call and send letters to my mother. The man, I wont say names but I will call him J was rude, asked personal stupid questions and made me feel like i was the most worthless person in the world. He kept throwing his pen down and acted like he had better things to do than to help me. J also said they didnt ask for no such paper work and had no clue why I was there. J proceeded to make a few phone calls and was told yes they DID ask for it and he needed to email not fax it to them. You would of thought the world came to an end. He left me sitting there for a few minutes and came back and said its done and basically told me to leave. This is why I will never deposit a dime of mine in Suntrust! I am not poor or homeless by NO MEANS but i do work hard for my money. If you go there good luck because that was my last time ever dealing with them!

I had a horrible experience today at Suntrust. Normally the service is amazing. Today when I went in a new blonde overset lady took care of me. I've never seen her before she must be new. I've been on bed rest for the past week unable to work scrambling money up for my last bill. I asked her if she could transfer my savings into my checkings and she repeated the low number out loud repeatedly as well as giving me a hard time as if the money in my account determines the service she gives. Then I joked and said to the other clerk "I should've went to you" then she asked why? And I said because you are trying to argue with me. And she said how am I trying to argue (trying to argue). I'm sick and the last thing I wanted was to argue. She continued with phrases like "oh let me not tell you what I just did since you don't want me talking to you" and so forth. And the funny thing is she DIDNT even do what I asked her to do!!! I was so unpleased with the service I didn't even care enough to go back in and get the problem fixed. Mainly because I knew she was going to try to argue again. I will never take my business there again.
