- KBKayley BellAug 5, 20161.0I had a horrible experience today at Suntrust. Normally the service is amazing. Today when I went in a new blonde overset lady took care of me. I've never seen her before she must be new. I've been on bed rest for the past week unable to work scrambling money up for my last bill. I asked her if she could transfer my savings into my checkings and she repeated the low number out loud repeatedly as well as giving me a hard time as if the money in my account determines the service she gives. Then I joked and said to the other clerk "I should've went to you" then she asked why? And I said because you are trying to argue with me. And she said how am I trying to argue (trying to argue). I'm sick and the last thing I wanted was to argue. She continued with phrases like "oh let me not tell you what I just did since you don't want me talking to you" and so forth. And the funny thing is she DIDNT even do what I asked her to do!!! I was so unpleased with the service I didn't even care enough to go back in and get the problem fixed. Mainly because I knew she was going to try to argue again. I will never take my business there again.
